Hi guys. I've been having an issue lately whenever I try to update my mail in outlook 2007. When I do a send/receive, I get the following.
Temporary System Error
    Protocol:    IMAP
    Server:    imap.gmail.com
    Port:    993
    Error Code:    0x800CCCDD
Is this an issue on google's end? or is there something I didn't do. I set it up according to the instructions in google's help pages. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi,
Cj, I've been having the same issue. Basically, when I get to home from school, I go on my computer. Next thing I know it demands my password on outlook! Type it in, still same result! Then it still does the same. Finally, it goes up at 6 a clock UK time. Then next day, I need to wait! I was actually going to post something like this, thanks CJ for mentioning it.

All good. I'm assuming its an issue with google then, seeing as I've checked everything and all the ports seem to be forwarded properly
