so i get this error [Window Title]
Synthesizer Error

Could not load the sapi5 synthesizer.

[OK]
i know this comes up when their are no voices installed, but i have voices installed, and, kodi screen reader starts and shuts down in a loop, witch i'm guessing it does when their are no voices, so, what the heck do i do

Some sort of SAPI corrupt file or error? Try SFC and DISM. Do you recall anything that would fuck it up somehow? Maybe install a dogie voice, and tried to uninstall it again? If all else fails, just re-install Windows. That's commonly what people give in to.

Shouldn't NVDA default to eSpeak or OneCore on Windows 10? You can always just run a portable copy with defaults, that would get it speaking at least. Alternatively, edit your nvda.ini file in %appdata%. Change the line

synth = sapi5

to synth = espeak

or

synth = oneCore

i cant think of anything that would fuck it up, and i know dism needs more then just that, so, what specificly should i run, and, i checked the registrey where i know sapi voices are installed, and its compleetly empty

Well then, run some system cleaning commands. Checkddisk, SFC, ETC. Would you have possibly installed some malware that tampered with something?
Again, last resort: re-install Windows, but if important files are missing, checkdisk might give you some leads.

sfc said it repared corrupted files, but i have no idea what, and it didnt even help

yes you will want to restart your system if you are doing that kind of stuff and it does not ask you to reboot your system
