hi, I have turned on voice view but, I am not getting speech even though I have turned on the screen reader. I can hear the sound effects though.
check your HDMI connecter maybe? or try resetting?
DId you try calling amazon's accessibility hotline?
I called them two hours ago. They first did an update and after that they were able to help me with resetting my device. Once I got back to the set up screen I was able to get it working, I am liking my experience a lot more than my Roku powered tv.
