Hello,
Me and my brother have two separate accounts. We want to link these accounts so we don't have to buy every game twice. We checked out the steam family sharing menu but we cannot see each other's accounts or computers. We added each other as friends. What can we do?

There's some information on that [here] and [here]. I've known some people who've done it, keep in mind though that two people can't play from the same library at the same time. So if your playing a game on your brothers account, he can't play any games in his library as long as your playing.
