The information about Troopanum 2 and the new games of BSC Games are a little outdated. On 2008, BSC Games has made versions for Windows Vista. Also,  this new version of Troopanum 2 comes with a .mp3 audio tutorial included.
Other thing, respect to Clasic Troopanum or simply Trooppanum: there is a Spanish version on the BSC Games website that must be commented in AudioGames.
