Hi all.
One time, when there was a Polish podcast about NVDA remote, one guy shared his machine trough NVDA remote, and letted people rumble in it
This guy inspired me, to do the same, but for a long time, un limited time and as long as my mac is up and running. The remCVM is the Jake Gross's windowsXP pro 64bit virtual machine, but it is running NVDA remote so that people can easily connect and play with it. I also saved a snapshot, so that when someone break's it, i can restore and we are back and running
I hope you'l enjoy the thingy, here are the rules.
1: Please, please not download any illegal contend! I don't want to have problems, so please don't doo that.
2: please don't check and play with my IP address, network settings and so on.
For people that know how to mask these from a VM, please tell me in here.
And with that out of the box, here are the connection details
server address: nvdaremote.com
key: remCVM
note: I'l sometimes disconnect and stuff like that to penetrate the files and other stuff, and to check if anything is right with the VM.
Hope you'l enjoy and see you

hi.
Ur, not wanting to be the party pooper, but you just gave a bunch of 12 to 16 year olds a damb good way to entertain them selves and screw up a computer, and if it's only a virtual machine, prepare for resetting the thing every 3 hours or so.

Really? Seriously? WTf is the problem with people wanting to do this? This is literally the dumbest thing to do -- and its a great way to tell everyone, including actual hackers, "Hey, guys, hack me! I don't give two shits about my security or privacy, come and steel everything I own and then use it in my name even though it [really isn't me]!" Great job, man! *applause* I guess no one will learn that this is a terrible idea until someone starts committing identity theft, credit card fraud, bank fraud... must I go on?

Hi.

@Ethin while I agree and forgot bringing this up as well, I suppose you would first need to find a way out of the virtual machine and into the system which hosts the machine. Yes, it's possible I suppose, but you will find are usual susspects go undertake this task.

Greetings Moritz.

@10, if he's not hosting it in a virtual machine, then...

@12, .... yes, if its not stupid or dumb like this. Its easy to break a VM or break out of the VM if you know what your doing. (Also, NVDA remote does not handle multi-client connection setups very well, for obvious reasons.)
As for the any audio recording, I like the comments by tt6srv where he claims he knows how to use hacking tools. "Hacking tools" my ass. (That recording was also a perfect demonstration that the guy has absolutely no idea on how to use the command prompt. Great job man.) It wasn't hard to deduce that he's probably a script kiddy -- if he actually does know how to use true grey/white hacker tools.

lol i did connect to the server once and people were fighting, they were texting each other in a notepad window.

@16-17, the video got deleted. The old link, though, is http://anyaudio.net/listen?audio=S3z8G6xTqyZHK. I consider them stupid because the guy was practically advertising that he'd hack the VM. If the manager of the VM is intelligent, he'll harden that VM to all hell and back now to prevent just that from happening. Again, as I said in 14, I doubt the guy who threatened to do that even knows how to at a rudimentary level. His "hacking tools" are probably simplistic scripts developed by others that the guy doesn't truly understand, hence the term "script kiddy". In other words, a script kiddy is someone who runs tools and scriptsto hack into computers, but those scripts, exploits and so on are developed by others, and the script kiddy is using the to gain things from it. The script kiddy couldn't tell you how those exploits actually worked though, nor could the script kiddy develop oe themselves.

ok guys, after thinking a while, i decided to shut down a VM and don't keep it running while i'm away from my computer.
Maybe you will blame me, maybe you won't, but you need to understand that i may face a serious problems by keeping my computer, even a VM, with strangers. you see, i'm not yet 18 years old, and if some alireza decides to doo some illegal stuff on a VM, my parents will go to prison, and some more stuff, and i am also scared of being hacked, so that's why i am shutting it down while i'm away from my computer. But no, its not permanently down.
And for these people that will now just get at my self and hate me, fuck you. My decision was to get it running, and my decision is to keep it running while i am here. I don't really care what you will say.
And like 30 minutes ago or so, one guy tried to open porn hub, so well, that's why also i am doing it.
See you

@21, Just because you're near your computer doesn't in any way prevent illegal things from happening. Yes, I know you have a greater chance of putting a stop to it if you are there, but why not save yourself the trouble and take the computer off remote permenantly? It's only asking for trouble and if you were truly worried about you or anyone related to you going to prison for controversial things done with your virtual machine, you wouldn't have put it up in the first place. Before you take on another project like this, I would first suggest thinking of all the possible outcomes instead of wasting everyone's time with this topic. But who am I kidding? Reading this entire forum is a pretty effective time killer hahaha. If it wasn't this topic it would have been another one, such as the multi extra thread.
