Hi. people. you are using ocr for xbox one? or what is it? smiles.
does anyone have menus?
Well guys, no idea if this will be playaple. In later missions as far as I know there's a lot of stuff like "go there, do that, go there, do that and finally get back here to proceed"
at the moment don't have windows10, so can't do OCR
This right here is the thing. I do think OCR is OK but a lot of you are saying OCR is perfect, yet consoles do not support OCR, and what's more it'll probably be better to contact developers in the long run and get systems implemented such as menu text to speech. Now, for this particular game I do not know how easy it would be to approach someone like Capcom, I am talking in a much more general sense here.
i completed mission 2, great boss fight haha.
the hachlins you need to get have a little sound. it's hard to spot, but it is there.

So I just looked up the DMC series, and I'd love to be able to play a game like this. I'm very curious to see whether those testing this can actually complete it. Have any of the others in the series actually been completed?
Ok people please. can someone tell me how can I create this ocr with xbox? or can someone tell me if I can find some guide?
kratos there is a detailed guide on OCR on the xbox, you have to search the forum, I think slj made the post. Keep in mind you must have NDVA and add ons, plus windows10 and a xbox1 for all of this to be possible
thanks, I will tri search.
hello ! in DMC games we can play bloody palace mod with out big problems. you should kill waves of different enemies
I am going to assume based on the lack of response to my question that this game is not able to be actually completed, and that no other ones in the series have been completed either. Good to know. I'm not willing to shell out $60 for a game that I won't be able to complete.
game is pretty bad ass, and is very playable to me, granted its only the beginning portion, so I wouldn't recommend anyone coughing up 60bucks to get it, but I think its worth a $20 purchase in the future even if the full version has unplayable parts, still a fun game to cut up and blast enimies
questions for those who have played through the demo....
1. the first time I played it, I was able to use my LB special ability, and my B button special ability, now I went through the demo again, and these buttons are not available, nothing happens when I press them, any ideas why the change?
2. what does the LT special move do? sounds like I have a drill
3. What does the RT button do? nothing happens when I press it
4. is there any check points or saves? I keep dieing at this specific part and I'm tired of starting from the very beginning
5. how do I regain my health? I'm assuming when I kill enimies, it seems like they drop orbs on the ground, so is that me collecting health
@42, if you ever manage to actually complete this, please let us know. Again, I'd love to try this, but $60 is a bit much to pay for something I'm not sure I can complete, and that's the price according to Steam.
As a continuation of my last post, I just checked, and while there's a PC version listed on Steam for $59.99, there's no demo version available to users of PC, so I'm even less likely to pay for something I can't try unless I know it's doable by us.
Just out of curiosity, has anyone made any progress here past what was initially able to be completed?
I haven't, although I also haven't played after my initial session, been playing trimps and dreamlands when it was in beta. I'll probably pick it back up sometime, although mk 11 is coming as well as dreamlands. Not to mention diablo 3 with friends.
Sorry to resurrect an old topic, but did anyone ever manage to complete DMC5? If not, what was the point or mechanic that stopped you?
Yeah, wondering myself, since it's on game pass for free now.
Ok, so I downloaded DMC 5, but the problem I have is that after the cut scene where Dante and I think Virgil talk, where he tells him not to underestimate the demon, you're placed somewhere. I can walk around, but it just seems to be a wide open place. Nothing happens, no matter which direction I walk in. How do I know where I'm going? It looks like we have no way to know where anything is. Walls, streets, dropoffs, etc. Sound doesn't appear to change if you hit a wall. I ran each direction for about 5 minutes, but nothing happened. Obviously there's a way to know, though, since others have gotten through the first part. Help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Well, Holding LS is autoaiming you to the direction you need to go and while it is mostly doable and playable there are places, where it's not workiing perfectly. For example, there's a place you need to open a passage by colleecting one item and you can get to this place but the autotargetting is not guiding you to the item you need to pick up.
