Jayde, to actually provide an answer as far as I understand it, anyway...
/fork was a command in Skype 7 that would create a copy of a group, and add all of the members of said group into the new one, on top of the old one that still exists. I never used it, but from previous topics on the subject it seems like some people had absolutely nothing better to do than spam groups with it, creating... well... I'm sure you can imagine. lol
If you're talking about this particular topic though, I'm just as lost as you. Honestly I didn't even read half of it.

so there's this group called GSD that even has it's own TT server, and we just send over 1000 messages there every day, there's no spicific topic there, just general chat about everything, as long as you don't send photos you are fine ahahah.

well previously, carter tem created group general tech discussion, and this is continue of group but discussion of everything. So we have tt server of this group, and alireza is right in 1 day in group sending like 1000 messages or more ha ha 900 msg.
