Hello! Is there any good, accessible PC Cleaner that can be quite safely used? It can be advanced, I'm not looking for one-click solution.
I always find CCleaner works well enough, but others may have other suggestions. If you check certain check boxes in CCleaner however, it clears your most recent start menu programs, and your run box, but like I said, I find that it does the clean up job quite nicely.
Can it clean up junk stuff that are left by the uninstalled software? Oh, and I've heard some bad rumours about that program, which noone declined, like that it overloads resources of the computer

CCleaner is grate, how ever there were some problems before about viruses but all that is no-longer a problem.
also CCleaner is good at getting rid of old data or files that have not been used in a long time. it can also clean up your drive and fix problems in your system.
