I have trubble running topspeed: I have directx9.0c; and I have a windows10 comp; and I installd the game: when I try to runn it; it said top speed3 prepair to race; and then klozes: can !anyone help?

it say error or something?
if it have error file, check it and put i\n here: I played ts3 years a go, so I cant remember correctly
