I don't know if such a topic already exists, if so I'm really sorry!
I really like racing games where you have to drive something with engines. But there are way to less for us which really is sad.
Now, are there games for computer or consoles that are anyhow accessible for us? I'm really bored now so I'd like to test some of them

uh sorry for double posting but i can advise you 1 game: if you have android, download blind drive from the play store or find in google.
Unfortunately, various aspects of driving make it hard to play without memorizing the entire track. And even then, one has to consider input by the other racers, as getting physical with bumps or weapons tend to veer you off your intended trail. Also let it be known that many barriers in racers tend not to make sound, and we're looking at a fun time here.
damn it, whenever someone calls us blinds, I want to punch something, I don't even mind blindies or blinks, but blinds is just so technically incorrect.
Anyway, I am just thinking, do to the nature of post 1, I should try to make a game in which you drive something without an engine lol. Most of you guys are probably too young to ever have seen the Flintstones, but damn, creating a racing game where you had to use your feet to make the car move would be hilarious as hell.

Well, if you want to have a game which you can also wplay when you are blind, go with Forza motorsport 7.
The downside here is that you have to enable the assists like steering, breaking, traction and the like, but if you fancy owning a car collection of over 700 cars and blasting down the track with the newest models of porsche, Lamborgini, Chevy, Ferari, McLaren and so on, this game is for you.
You can also go tune and upgrade your cars if you wish.
I am sorry, but apart from Topspeed, all the other games seriusly suck, no phisics or any mechanics resembling a car are implemented.

Given the fact that I am fully blind, that I have completed the single player mode almost, basically telling how it can be made accessible, hel, even suggesting it in the first place, what else than beeing accessible should the game be in your opinion?

Most wanted is the most fun game of the need for speed series. You cannot win races except drag, but you can at least have fun with the cops. Forza motorsport 7 as they said is accessible with assists. You can have fun with that one too, but you need to have a computer that runs windows10.

@Simba, I read that the game also is for XBox one. Is the computer nessessary to play it or could I play it on the XBox too?
So I only need to know how to get these assist settings working. Sounds really interesting.

Well, it also works on the xBox one, for OCR purposes I would have suggested the PC version, but you can use the Xbox app on windows to stream the xbox audio and video to your computer, so OCR also works that way.

I agree with the post of rand. It would be wonderful if someone would give a datailed explanation how to set up need for speed, which one exactly is needed, where to get and so on. As I said in post 1, I dream of playing such games!

When you hear a crash from the left, turn right. When you hear a crash from the right, turn left. Carefully listen to the whooshing sounds that are more apparent in need for speed underground 2, most wanted and carbon.

For Forza7 make sure though that your PC can handle the game unless you are installing it on a Xbox anyway, than it doesnt really matter.
