Hello. I was wondering if it would be possible to have controller support in this game? I have the gpd win 2 pocket gaming computer and it has a controller built into it. Also it may be helpful for people to be able to play it with an xbox controller or something. Thank you so much for the awesome game.

Presuming the foregoing, it'd be nice if jumping the instant before you walk into a pit didn't cost the game.
Sequence of events:
*Run across, hit pit edge
*hit jump
*game plays jump noise
*player dies
Yes, I know they're right on top of each other, but the jump noise playing and then killing me is just straight rude .
That aside, I'm glad I'm not billed by the round, because I'd be broke weeks ago. This is an amazing time waster.

And that jumping thing is literally if you manage to hit space at the fraction of a second that you step on the pit square. Methinks I should add a badge for that. Haha
I already have 11 new badges in the next version that hasn't been released yet. One of them is extremely rare though. That brings our total to 55 though you may not get them all because some are conditional based on performance. And for those faint at heart, yes. I added even more positive ones, they're not all negative. Haha
@Saphira and you have no scores.dat file? If there is a scores.dat in the folder, delete and try running again. I don't know what else to do since literally no one else is getting this error - it's more rare than even the jaws errors.

I'd be happy to see a badge for that. In fact, maybe a couple badges, because it happened to me three times last night. It'd be even nicer if it didn't kill me, though. Usually I get the issue only when I've got a great game going.
For some reason I'm struggling with this new version more than any other ones. Surviving to the rock storm stage is rare now, even though I'm picking up more power ups than I did back when they were a 4% spawn chance.

@John yes, this is meant to be harder than those previous versions, because now powerups are strategic and not luck. You'll get to the point of surviving past rock storms - there are certainly people who have achieved this feat. I'm not exactly one of them, though I have survived passed my first rock storm a few times.
@Death I'll send a pm with my email in it. Please send the error.log attached file. You told me that the error you are getting with the new version is different from the error of the older version, so I want to see the error.log file. I'm wondering if the forum cut part of it off, or if you only posted the first error in the message even though error.log posts many errors sometimes.

Is it bad that I'm spending more time finding various and stupid ways to die and lose for the more hilarious badges rather than lasting long? I've gotten in runs where i had the sudden urge to do something stupid and unwise to see if I get an equally mocking badge.

Also there's already a badge for standing around and doing nothing, but 5 items have to spawn without being picked up. Hint: if you don't pick any of them up, why even play? You're just a waste of space that shouldn't be there!

Hey Steve, I have a friend of mine who is trying to run the latest 1.83, but is getting the following error.
