Probably tomorrow. I'm kind of confused as to why this bug appeared when not too much was actually changed in the battle system, but I guess it's all underlying infrastructure. Why this was not discovered before release is a little beyond me though.
The virus scan thing is a real shame to be perfectly honest. Given how many languages the game is now translated to and the relative simplicity of many minigames, I think this game could be really excellent for blind schools and the like. The false positive virus alert would throw a lot of people off I imagine. Sure, I doubt any of us care personally, but it's definitely putting me off from telling more people here about it because for some of them I would have to go to pretty big lengths to convince them there are actually no viruses. Plus, the inaccessibility of most virus scanners nowadays is highly depressing.
Of course, some people would be able to fix that themselves, but those are also the people who I probably don't need to tell them about the game since they're more than capable of discovering it on their own.
This also puts me off from translating the game, Aside from the fact that I have no clue how to translate most of the battle cards. The people who can discover the game for themselves are probably also going to be able to play it in English, while the others will likely run into the virus scanner issue I or someone else would have to probably solve for them.
The only way I seem to be able to beat the rock paper scissors game is to write down how many of each card my opponent has, and to update it whenever he plays something. That's kind of depressing, to be honest.
