I humbly apologise to the guys over at the Audio Quake project for not posting this sooner.

They have released release candidate 1 for version 0.3.0. Read their news here.

It is also worth noting that they are still planning on releasing a map making tool, and are in the process of handing over all their resources to the community so the community can carry on the project while they focus on building other projects on top of Audio Quake.

Lets wish them the best of luck, because they've done a fantastic job so far and are a prime example of what could be done with many mainstream games if the original developers had the inclination.
