Finally, I finished Pontes GameZone for Android, version 1.0.

Pontes GameZone is a free virtual casino with many cards and dice games.
It contains Blackjack, Five Cards Draw Poker, Cards War, Who is Greater and other board games.
There is also a bar area where you can order products like coffee, juice, beer and tea. Spending money at the bar area, the player has bonus at winnings.
There are many options like: speech during the game, many sounds, play on shake, keep screen awake, statistics and many others.
You have a virtual wallet containing your money - $1000 (at beginning or after a reset of the game to defaults).
Setting a nickname, the messages are friendlier in some places during the play.
It is possible to view how many hands were played, how many dollars were spent at bar visiting android.pontes.ro.

Other games like Yahtzee, Connect Four will be added to this package in future.

The game is also totally accessible for blind users using Talkback.

It is available in English and Romanian, but it can be translated easily into other languages.

Are you going to be making a casino game for the computer? I see you have one on the website, but it's not in English. And this version for the phone sounds really cool, I'd like to play it, but I don't have a Android.
So, can I hope for a computer version in the future?

The bar already exists, if I understood correctly what you wanted to say with "waiting for the bar". To go to bar area, go in menu, the button "More option" found in the top-right corner on a newer Android OS; the first option there is "Go to bar area".

The menus are different for each activity, for instance Change nickname option or Settings are only in the menu of the main interface. In the menus of each game there are statistics, statistics for bonus etc.

Hi.
I tried the game on my nexus5 and it works really well.
In the Poker, game after discarding the cards we want and drawing some other cards, we can't use the buttons to rase the bed and things like that. The buttons are disabled.
I don't know if this is a bug or if this is how it suppose to work.
Also I am glad that the games can be played offline as well.

Also I wanted to ask if this game can be played by sighted people as well.
Are the buttons also visually available on the screen?

Yes, the Raise and Fold buttons are available only before discarding.

There is a normal interface, there are pictures with cards, dice, even in bar there are for sighted people images with a cup of coffee, bottle of beer, cigar etc.
Sighted people just touch the picture with the bottle of Whisky and the order is done.
I created the game wishing to be as normal as possible for sighted people, but I was careful to have everything accessible because I am blind too.

I have a Nexus 5 too, I am sure it works best on this device because I created the game using it.
I tested it with Samsung phones and other brands and everything seems to be ok.

I am glad to see how many people install Pontes GameZone; United States is in first place at this moment.

Some time ago I was able to download APK files via a web site like:

I didn't try my GameZone on TV, but maybe it would be nice to make it available for TV store, at least for Scopa game.

I really like the game, especially the music. Do wish we could challenge more casinos with new games and more stuff to buy. With some well placed vets I finished this quickly.

That website gives me an error. Manu, since you're the developer, can you simply give me a link to the APK? I'll sideload it onto my Fire TV Stick using ADB. If it doesn't work, I'll just uninstall it. The APK would also be useful to have if someone wanted to use the app on Amazon's Fire tablets or anything else that doesn't have the Play Store installed.

I didn't test it, but theoretically you should be able to. They use the same code base anyways.

I found an apk for the game from www.apkpure.com and it works great with VoiceView on my Fire TV Stick. Everything reads as it should. Putting VoiceView into review mode makes it even better. Thank you for making an accessible game that works on Fire TV. I love my Fire TV Stick! I hope this was a safe website to get the game from.
