Hi.
I am having an issue with youtube. Whenever I try to comment on a video or do anything else, I get this message. Your channel is not eligible to be connected to Google+. Why am I getting this message? I went to learn more, but none of the situations as to why my account might be saying this seem to apply to me. I know that my channel is not hiden, and I know that I am not using a payed subscription. I also cannot access my settings to verify this, as the youtube interface is very messy. How can I get around this? Thanks
