Have you tried registering to DragonPrime, and downloading it from there?
I remember doing just that about some months ago, this worked fine.

It would be better to go through dragon prime than just have the code uploaded, sinse that's where all the different modules are stored not just the main game, and also where the wiki and lots of other resources are if you want to start playing with the logd code, not to mention the forum and several articals.
So, while it's certainly not illegal for someone to upload the source code elsewhere, you'd be missing out on a lot if not using dragon prime.
