It's okay, Twitch isn't that bad honestly, especially in smaller streams. It used to be worse, but mostly it's just people being scared of moving outside their comfort zone at this point. I'll definitely show up if I've got time to spare!
What timezone are you guys in?
IMO nothing's wrong with twitch, especially since they fixed the chat. And, one can remain on the page and hide chat if it becomes too bothersome. Anyway, I'll probably check this out, sounds interesting.

I don't really have a horse in this race, but do want to ask a good-faith question here.
Apparently, it takes little time at all to set up a YouTube stream. I have watched it done. I have been a part of it in realtime. You have ostensibly known that a lot of folks prefer YouTube over Twitch. So, with that in mind, may I ask why more effort hasn't been put into this? What's the rationale? Because from my vantage point, it looks like this: "We know a lot of you have expressed an interest in YouTube, but we're just gonna do Twitch instead. We'll maybe look into it down the road". That seems kind of casually dismissive to me, but I'd like to understand any complicating or mitigating factors if they exist.
I don't especially care, as I said. If I want to watch this stream, I have no problem clicking that link and hanging out on Twitch for awhile. This isn't about either option being inaccessible. It's literally me asking about the rationale behind the choice, because it doesn't sit right with me.

YouTube isn't as straightforward to set up as you'd think at least from my own research into the matter. I'm not speaking for the OP, but I'd say it takes a fair amount more work than Twitch does unfortunately, especially if you want to stream to multiple platforms.
I am still looking forward to this awesome game. I'll totally be watching the stream.

There are services that let you simulcast to both Twitch and YouTube. Of course, this can only be done if you are no partnered with Twitch and I'm unsure about YouTube's terms. Once you're affiliate or higher on Twitch, there's a 48 hour exclusivity period meaning no simulcasting for you or you get booted. There's probably a similar such restriction if you have your emberships active on YouTube.
so doubt they can stream to both yet. seeing as they just started on twitch. well I'll still be watching the stream anyway.

I think you can assume eastern standard time (GMT-5) until otherwise told.
When people announce a time for things, they usually base it on their own area. Falling Squirrel is based right in my home province, less than an hour from me I believe, so it stands to reason.

@cyco: Yeah, no release date yet unfortunately. However, based on their social media updates, it looks like they are just about done with it. So I guess we will see what they have to say tomorrow.
yeah after seeing the release update on their blog, we'll see what they have to say tomorrow. I myself am very curious.
