Hi there Jason. You might try out core exiles. It's in real time, and while there is the option to have a premium account, there is absolutely no need to have one and it's completely optional. When you create an account, make sure to check the box at the bottom of the form that says activate blind and visually impaired mode. This'll make it easier to navigate with your screen reader. CE really is good. i keep coming back to that over the years. i've actually paid for a lifetime account so my char has never been perged. i think if it was purged then i'd leave the game for good because i've put a lot of work into that char and really don't fancy doing it all over again lol. but yes CE is complex in of itself but the community is really helpful too.

Another browser game is Planet Life. For the mobile side of things there is an app.
The browser version offers everything for free while the app require a in app purchase to unlock chapters 2 and 3. The browser version works the same as the app.
