i think bluestacks worked quite well honestly.
You can just also get an android VM.
A virtual machine is a good idea. I wonder if there is an emulator accessible with NVDA.
Answer: you don't. I mean honestly, how much are you willing to work your ass off and try things for this? How well do you want this to work? People seem to report mixed usage for BlueStacks at best, and you need to disable some virtualization technology for it to actually work. VMs are of course laggy for one, and I've literally never had luck with Android VMs anyway. They keep beeping angrily at me.
