Hello to all. I just bought a ps4. Is there a way you can enable tts right out of the box? Also what is the best way to join the ps4 beta program? I definitely want to keep in touch with Sony and encourage them and give them feedback.

Not from right out of the box, unfortunately. Also, the beta program I believe is invite only, or something you can get into by chance. But I'm assuming... since I haven't looked into it myself.

seeing as I am from Canada I do know that they do offer accessibility in the US. But I am just curious if they offer it in Canada yet. So I don't go spending my money to find out that accessibility has not been implemented here yet.

I'm in Canada as well, and it's definitely supported. The console just has to be the correct region, in this case North America since canada and the US are recognized as one region.

Sorry for bumping this thread. I've recently bought PS4 for my children, and I can't figure the accessibility features out. Why can't I set parental controls? I looked through the playstation reviews, but people write mostly about the product than about its features there.

The TTS are only on the US models. All the other accessibility features should work world wide.
Regarding parental controls: What exactly are you having trouble with?
