To answer you politely, I did think 100 then 500 was a huge amount, but really in less than 1 month of employment you can gain that right back. So it might look like a lot, but it isn't if you are employed.
Currently I don't have any source of income, but I have enough to cover my ass for awhile.

it is an arcade style controller that he will personally build from scratch. He also told me he would make it to support more than just Sequence Storm.

Additionally it isn't like the controller itself is a limited edition run, just the prototype. To be honest this is why this project ought to be overfunded, so he can fund a mass production run of these controllers.

I invite you to check out Sryth. The dude's goals were over thirty grand. Twice. And he met it. Twice. And guess which huge expansions he's got finished over the last twenty-four months? Go on, I'll wait.
The dev of Sequence Storm is easy to approach and very responsive. He's made clear that he wants to do these expansions anyway, but without some extra funding it's just going to take a lot more time. I think what he's asking for is pretty reasonable under the circumstances.
And hey, at least this isn't Three Monkeys. Anyone remember that one?

and you don't have to pay 100 dollars just for your name to have a tombstone engraving on it. I mean $70 to rock a t-shirt, and another $30 to rock a cap? that's cool he is even doing merch. About the controllers, I don't think he is going to be producing these as a hobby. I could be wrong, but this is his first time, so it will determine for now if it is something he wants to continue or drop. He did say these items were completely exclusive to this campaign, so that may include the controlleers too. I can ask him to verify that if you would like.

I asked Daniel Lemon about the controllers and if they will be available in the future. Here is his response:
"I will sell them if there is adequate interest. It seems like I didn’t make that clear. I don't know what they will cost though."
Adding in my own 2 sense, not only interest, but enough people who can afford whatever it will cost. This won't be cheap.

Hi.
I tried to back the project, but gave up on adding my new credit card. The focus kept jumping around in a weird way when entering my card number. I tried for a half hour. Then I tried to use Apple pay. The payment seemed to be accepted, but the website still insisted on using credit card, so I couldn't continue.
It's a shame that it's so difficult to add a credit card on Indiegogo.
