Found a pretty unique game today, honestly.
It's called Adult Website Tycoon, and unlike those web-based browser games that say they're adult but are really basically another Torn, E.G. Purple Town, with this you create your own company and hire porn actors/actresses that are actual NPCs and create videos that have running textual commentary as to what is happening in the video along with their own generated comments that you upload to in-game websites that are either designed by real players, or are hosted by players who've chosen to create a website hosting company or a content management system.
This game pretty much screams something like Popmundo, however soly based in the adult porn industry. You can even do things on the side as a profession like become a sergin, create an escort service, or run an online shop and sell clothes and the like, because pornstars need outfits.

Edit: One thing that might be a turn-off to some, especially female players perhaps, is the focus on the men, not unlike real porn. However, female producers etc do exist in real life, even though they're pretty rare in my experience anyway.
Still, the dev could add an option for female players to have a starting boyfriend VS. girlfriend, things like that.
