Hi,
I am not sure if this is the correct room to post this, but I put together a mod for top speed 3.
It includes all of the language packs, as well as a bunch of custom tracks and vehicles. It also uses the combination of DSOAL and OpenAL Soft for better 3D audio.

Cool. I've been meaning to reinstall that game and get cars for it, though I would have probably posted this in general game discussion because this is very much game related. I'm sure one of the mods will move it though.

For some reason everything in the game is in mono which makes it very hard to play. There are a heck lot of custom tracks and cars which is cool.

@ datajake how to install your mod i mean where to put all this hrtf files do I need to umpack them out of folder or just put the whole folder in the game because when i need to steer the sound doesn't go in the oposite direction

You don't need to copy anything to anywhere else. If you don't prefer OpenAL Soft for processing you can simply remove dsound.dll and dsoal-aldrv.dll.
