Nolan, actually I personally think that Detroit would work well due to the choice and consequence.  I remember playing the demo and enjoying it.  I'll put that one on the list of candidates as well.

Flame, Fable 1?  I'll add it to the list.  I went through Fable 2 years ago on the 360, and remember the dog fondly.  Kind of in the same vein, what is your opinion on possibly doing Kindoms of Amalur?  I was thinking that one could work well at some point.

Heh, thanks. Your narration skills are excellent, but if you needed to take a while to polish them before taking on Detroit, I'd understand. I can't imagine narrating one of those puzzles, but I really want to hear someone try. I can sort of piece together what they must look like, but it sounds awesome when a player clicks through several minutes of choices, then tells their droid to execute the commands and they spring into action.

if I do Kingdom Hearts, the plan was to pick up "The Story so Far" to go through the series.   I do not own it so I will pick it up at some point.  What are your thoughts on that?
Looks like Conker Live & Reloaded isn't on Steam / PS4 to my knowledge, was that a good one? 
Skyrim, one of my favorites.  I would love to do a playthrough of that game.  Any interest in that? 
Dragon Age, finished the first one.  Another great game, another great contender especially because of the choices we can make together.
Dragon Quest 11.  It's phenomenal and I would love to go through it.  I'm at about chapter 3 or so, and wouldn't mind starting over at all.  It's really, really good.
Baldur's Gate 2 Enhanced Edition would be the next one after we all finish going through Baldur's Gate (which may be a long time) 
I like the thriller games too, in regards to Resident Evil.  I have the remake on PS4, could be an option.  Remember the older ones?  I played the first 2 when they came out I believe.
Final Fantasy X I finished , never played X2.  Is that one any good? 
I started with FF7 (one of those guys), played through 8, 9, 10, and 15.  Someone recommended FF12 which I have still in the wrapper, so it's been a toss up between that and FF15.  My intentions have been to go through games that I haven't played yet to keep it more fresh.  However, 15 was so great in my opinion that it could still be fresh.  Once I get some time one of these evenings, I'm planning to try out both to see which works better for the narration.

At this point, the way I'm hoping to go about this is to record an episode or 2 of some of the games on these lists.  Then put them out there, and then see which ones get the best reception so we can all move forward with the ones we think are best.

Tough one but personally I would go with FF15.  Not so much because of the main story per-say, but the voyage itself and the characters.
If I'm going for strongest main story, I'm going to have to cheat the question and go with a similar game, Lost Odyssey.  Ever go through that one?  It was intense.

The Kingdom Hearts iterations have always confused me.
Resident Evil I would start with the new remake if we go that route.
I do the playthroughs just on Youtube at the moment.  I'm still learning this, so once I get a little better at doing it, then I'm hoping to do something more interactive and real-time like Twitch or something of that nature.
I would also like to recruit a voice for the female roles in the Youtube videos, down the line.

Out of curiosity, which older games?

Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy VI, in particular. I have wanted to play both of those games since the mid-90s. Yes, I know both games can be horribly broken if you know what you're doing. Yes, I know that people have uncovered just about everything. I don't care. To me, they represent the sort of RPG I enjoy. Good character development, a good story, engaging music even if it's only 16-bit, just the whole nine yards. Final Fantasy X gives a lot of that, albeit with more modern music and a slightly more linear story (which is about the only thing I really dislike about FFX, that you're sort of forced on rails through most of the game).
So yeah, CT and FFVI are the ones I'm thinking of.

thanks for taking my Idea under consideration I'm a big fan of anime. so' it'd be kind of cool to know what dbz is like in terms of visuals, and besides, you wouldn't have to read a tun of dialogue. lol, how ever I'm not sure how much you'd have to read. lol. and out of curiosity, how do you  record the videos? do you play the games first then add the descriptions as a voiceover afterword? if so, you deserve some kind of reward man! thanks for doing this. I record the video first, edit the heck out of the video, record the audio, then edit the audio.  I do it this way because I'm not good  at doing this yet, to do it on the fly and still upload a product that I'm happy with.  It also allows me to plan the narration and audio or effects.
