hi, i want to learn to use adobie odition, but, I don't know when I'll get started. can you tell me what baysic can be done with the adobe odition?

Well, it's kind of like Gold Wave, accept, instead of  pressing space  to start and stop audio, press enter, and which I was never a fan of, also, to make selections, press i instead of left bracket and o instead of right bracket. The plugins that come wkith it are actually really good.

Power is not the responsibility of freedom, but it is actually the responsibility of being responsible, it's self, because someone who is irresponsible is enslaved by their own weaknesses.

@1, if you use sf it's best to use it in pair with adoby audition. I've been a fan of it for 2 years now.

SoundForge used to be awesome until Magix baught it. Now its crap.

You can't.  Last I checked it's completely inaccessible.

Sure, if you use the latest version it's inaccessible. Use audition 1.5.

you can use adobe audition 1.5 and all so, there is controls. Space stop/start your voice/video. Right/left arrows, Allows you to fast forward or rewind your video or audio. But if you make 15 minute video/voice, your reverse/forward is fast. And Shift with right and right arrows if you go forward or left with right and right arrows you can select your video/voice's seconds/minutes with shift and left right

I use Reaper, but some like their audio editor to work like how Goldwave works or similar. And Reaper, you have to change options to make it Goldwave-like, or Goldwaveish, if you want to put it the second way, rofl big_smile

Well, yep, 1.5 is old indeed, but what's the problem with using it???
I bought mine in 2005 and still happy, that the damthing works, because it's not bad, I'm used to it and at least for me there's no other alternative as good currently available. And yes: not an in tent to start any kind of flame wars or pointless arguements, but at one point I decided not to invest in software, meaning that, if possible, try to find all the needed things in freeware or simply just take it as it is.
So yeah, it has been stated before, but I'm happy, that the good old 1.5 is still able to run on modern system. Who knows, what may come that day, when I would have to switch also to some ultra modern pc, but currently it,s not on the horizon.
And one more last thing: newer versions are way less accessible than 1.5, seriously.
