for those that play battle cry,

i'm struggling a bit. with trying to get captains and the like. i've looked in the help section it tells me about captains but it doesn't exactly tell me how to get them.
in addition, i can't really work out how to successfully attack someone. by successfully i mean trying to attack someone that i can win against rather than just attacking and hoping for the best.
