I’m sorry to ask such a simple question but for the life of me I cannot find the answer anywhere.

Also, heads up if you are into anime fighters a lot of them are on sale on PSN /Steam.  Picked up BlazBlue Central Fiction, Cross Tag Battle & Under Night for $15 a piece on PSN.

Yeah it's still Mono, I've seen some vids.  Cross Tag is as well but both are playable just fine.

Most arc System Works titles have mono audio while keeping everything else in stereo. But there is a new guilty gear coming next year and I'm curious to see how that turns out!

It is, sort of. Central Fiction, and their more recent games have been in stereo, but in a very narrow field. Not as wide as MK or the like.
