So i clicked on the dev room, and got this

Then i retried and it worked. I'm not sure what is causing this.

Possibly a short internat outage on your side? Normally error messages with a 4 at the beginning show a problem on the clients side, at leased as far as I know.

It's probably an issue with the forum's URL rewrite or something to that end.
