Hi
There was once an intigration for bgt in auto it3. It was using eci.dll and a few files like en.syn, de.syn and so.
I also found such a thing for bgt. How ever, this is not working. Every time i try to say something trough eci, the program goes to not responding.
Is there a fixed version of this, or another version?
Thanks, simter.

Didn't even know DLL creation was possible in auto it.

Oh Simter...
I have to translate it from Simterish to english, probably.
There was a binding to the ECI library for Auto it, and the binding for the same exact library was later available for BGT however it does not work for him.
Do you have ECI eloqunece installed?

It's a dll file not made in auto it lol. Do i really write so bad? That would have been funny if eloquence was open source.
@4 no, it's a standalone dll, not just a sapi binding. If it was i knew why it wouldn't work. It is in fact the same lib that also the nvda eloquence plugin uses.

It is a binding to the native C/C++ DLL.

Some people whom I know tryed to do the same with .net and everything returned true even though I did not hear any sound, so I will keep an eye on this topic.

I don't know about the header file, but the dll can be found in the eloquence nvda addon.

I don't need the DLL yet. I won't mess with dumpbin, cause I don't need it

Hey,
Just bringing this topic back as I've been having issues with this myself. I think the problem in my case isn't so much the code I'm using, more over the way I'm using it. I've been using the addText function to add my text, then synthesize to synthesize it. Is there another way you're supposed to do this? I heard there was an official documentation for eci somewhere, but I haven't been able to find it, and the function names and things are very criptic.

@15 that sounds like you use the same code that i use as well. And i still did not find a solution.

Hi,

So I wrote this wrapper, and it works on some machines and not others. That said, using this wrapper is technically illegal, so I wouldn't recommend it either way. That being said, If it doesn't work for you, if you compile your script and run the exe, it might work that way. I tried decompiled and compiled and it crashed decompiled but worked compiled.

I've been going by Bryn, which is now reflected in my profile. Please do your best to respect this :) Mess ups are totally OK though, I don't mind and totally understand!
