I seem to have run into a problem. I purchased the game Escape the Dark Legion. The purchase went through, but I see no way to download the game itself. What do I do? I actually made the purchase twice, but there's no link or file to download.
That's one of the reasons it isn't always a good idea to buy things on the web, especially software. You never know if the site is accessible and maybe the support team doesn't even care.

@Post 2: The developer of this game is on the forum, so I would be careful with my words if I were you. Perhaps there was some mistake or oversight, but that doesn't mean that we should all stop making web purchases. Accidents happen.
