Facebook Messenger, whatsApp, texting, all highly sought after messaging services. Snapchat didn't just sweep those apps under the rug lol. Maybe you're just exposed to the type of people who rely on Snapchat super heavily.

The groupchats (in my experience) are fast-paced with pictures being sent every couple of minutes. I don’t do groups like that because I get nothing out of them.
