So NVDA lets you know you misspelled a word after you press space. That helps me as a lot, because I'm too lazy to check my typing as I go and after I'm done. Does mac have this same feature where it will tell me my word is misspelled when pressing space? If not is there an app or voiceover script for it?

Yes, mac does this. Its rather annoying in my opinion. Even does it when your arrowing through a document. Maybe I'm just bad at spelling cuz seems to do it a lot. Lol.

The build in spellchecker on the Mac could have been better though. VOiceover can be set up to say "misspelled" when the cursor jumps over a misspelled word. It can also be set to play a small click sound, which I find less annoying.

Best regards SLJ.

The misspelled on its own is not so bad, its mainly that blip blip thing that means its trying to correct my spelling. Very annoying. Makes reading documents difficult sometimes cuz i'm forced to skip entire lines to avoid that. How do I turn that off? What I mean is that list of siggestions.
