Many people miss those times, but some people chose that Dark shouldn't be a moderator anymore. He was really good at keep things under control in my opinion.
The change of moderators combined with some people on the forum who not have better things to do than making drama make things change a lot. If people still want this forum to be the best place to be, then we all should agree that there are better things to do than keeping causing drama.
We can only change the future, not the time which has passed.

Speaking as a user and not in any mod or admin capacity, I also miss the old times. There wasn't as much drama, although the good thing is that even these days when something new comes out people do celebrate. There is also a newer culture of gift giving which I am liking.

I'd say even then there were still cloning topics that sprung up, drama here and there, and of course now we just have those kids coming onto the forum and spreading this everywhere possible. I'd say the change in moderators doesn't have much to do with it, more importantly is the age of internet users generally going down which is never a good thing.
