Does anyone know how to add words to the Windows 10 TTS Voice Dictionary?  I ask this because some words are not pronouncing correctly when I use my Kindle to read books or when I have it come up under other situations.    This is not my screen reader I'm asking about, but more specifically the Windows TTS engine that's onboard.   Thanks.
