I know that a lot of people play different non English games with NVDA. The question is where do I get the add on for NVDA?
Also will this allow me to play all non English games in English?

try the translator addon for NVDA, it allows you to play any game with non english language, for example a chinese game. however this addon is not only used for playing non english games, it also used for anything else like openning a non english website.
going in to the wilds, collecting pokedex, and capturing them are my kind of thing,

No, the Translate add-on is different. Funny, I never even thought about using that to play games, but I don't see why it couldn't be used for that purpose.
The glass is neither half empty nor half full. It's just holding half the amount it can potentially hold.

@6 I think it's also usable to play games, however the addon will mostly lag if you are in a very bad connection

Where do I get this add on? The one that I have is the JGT add on that require you to log in each time you want to play a Japaneese game.
