Hi.
To activate the endless mode, you have to press y for yes. Otherwise, press n for no.

Best regards SLJ.

That is strange SLJ since I definitely tried Y, along with all the other colour buttons, I'll give it another go and see if it works.

Sam, this page seems to have gotten a lot of positive feedback, that's good. Then again, making this accessible is easier than making boogie lightz accessible. As for my personal opinion, I don't see the point in bop it style games for PC. A bop it has 3d coordination, whereas a computer is just a 1d surface of keys. And in this case, you just press about 6 different keys in the same way. If there is online support and it stands out above bop it ultimate, I will consider. I'm just very picky about these types of games for PC. I like beat star and Rhythm Rage, but the others I am not a fan of. Oh, and the new version of super cube is very very confusing on a 1d surface, but the cube turns realistically, so I find it acceptable. Now making a PC version of brain bash would be amazing to play on multiplayer! Make that!

I'm not sure how noone's noticed the typo in "Samtasitc"'s name. I believe it's supposed to be "Samtastic."

The game is now released for iOS.

The game is still completely inaccessible to blind users on IOS. I've just updated the app, and Voiceover does still not read anything on the screen at all.

Best regards SLJ.

I wonder if you may have the wrong app, SLJ? I don't have it, but Sam is saying that it has just released, while you are saying you updated the app somehow. You wouldn't be able to update a just released app I think.

This game is a ton of fun. have not figured out how to get back to the main menu after a game ends, but I love this concept a lot.

Much less active on this forum than in the past.

I'm glad you are enjoying Mob Shift. It's all thanks to the developers I find online. I give them the game modes and then they code it and send me builds of the game. It's pretty exciting when my developers send me builds to try!

No, I don't have the wrong app. Feel free to buy the app and give it a try for yourself.
I'll call the release announcement falls, because this is not a new release. Just a big update, with no accessibility updates as far as I can tell. But I would like to be wrong... smile

Best regards SLJ.

Hi @Samtasitc.
I don't hope you personally feel offended by this post, because this is not my point. Also please note that I don't speak as a moderator, but just as a normal user of the forum.
I've just received a refund for the MobShift app for IOS, and I wanna tell you why. I wanna bring your attention to something quite odd you did, properly without noticing because you are new here on the forum. My point is not to spread bad rumours about you as a person or a developer. I understand, from your previous comments in this topic, that you have developers who works for you. So for this reason, there might be a number of things, which you are even not aware about regarding to accessibility and regarding to development.
On the very first day you created this topic, I bought the app for IOS, and was excited to give the game a try. Why IOS? I saw it mentioned in the first post, and saw on your website, that it already was released, so I thought it was accessible to blind people. Excuse me if I misunderstood anything in post.
As you might remember, I quickly noticed that the IOS app is completely inaccessible for blind gamers. It does not work at all with Voiceover, which is the build in screenreader on Apples products, which means we can't get the icons read out loud. I'm sorry for any messages you might have found harsh which I wrote at that time. I thought, until you wrote in a previous comment, that you have developed the app and game for the other platforms. But I now see that things are different, and therefore there might be a number of things which you even don't know anything about. If that's the case, then feel free to ask.
Later on, an update to the MobShift app got released for IOS. Then, you announced here in this topic this update as a totally new release, like if the app hasn't been available before. You knew that the app was, and still is completely inaccessible to blind gamers out from my comments. Therefore, I don't get the point of this announcement of the new app.
You haven't responded yet regarding the accessibility on the IOS app, if it will become accessible in the future or not. Because of this, it sounds like the focus is on the pc and Mac versions when it comes to accessibility, or maybe because the game is self voiced on those platforms that the game is accessible to blind people.
Therefore I have the following questions:
1. On which platforms are you interested to make your games accessible to blind gamers?
2. Do you need any information to know more about accessibility in generel?
I wish you the best of luck on your future development.

Best regards SLJ.

While I bought the pc version and have enjoyed playing it several times, I have to agree with Slj's questions here.
This website is as much about games accessible to blind and visually impaired people as it is about games with an audio focus, one reason why you won't see guitar hero or the like discussed here.
while I have enjoyed the pc version of mobshift, I'd prefer to know what is going on access wise, with other platforms and indeed with the settings on the pc version before I create an entry for the game on our games database.
