Just a quick question: what's the correct procedure for posting a guide in the Articles room?

We are having a guide written up for our first project and, if it's okay with the forum, I'd like to post it in the Articles room, as well as on our own web site.

What would be the best way to go about doing that?

People like headings for sections to make things easier, and an intro section explaining what it's about  is always appreciated,and links with text so it flows with the words instead of being just a big ""https://www.blablabla.com/12345?ABCDE.php/&page=2"" but aside from that no guidelines they'll put basically anything up there, just make sure you have a good title so it catches people's attention, because you don't get much title space.
