You can find virtual machines in various places. One is
www.grossgang.com
But it depends on what operating system you want to virtualize. You can actually just load an ISO of something into the player, but some of the files that you can download from the above website are preconfigured with a screenreader so you may want to go that route. Unless you want to make a virtual machine of an OS that has a built-in screenreader that can be activated during setup, such as windows 10. Let me know if that helped.
Many Linux distributions are available, from 3rd party sources, as virtual machines. Just do some googling for whatever OS you want to play around with e.g. Ubuntu or Linux mint.

To interact with a VM you would press ctrl G once you boot it, and you press ctrl and alt to switch back to your computer from the vm.
There is even a O S X vm how ever you will need at least 8 gigs of ram to make it more stable
I cant install vmware player12. I can only install vertion6. and I want a windows10 vm for it and virtual box is not working on my computer
You can obtain windows 10 evaluation virtual machines, but they expire. You might be able to add them to your Microsoft account, and or register it with a windows key though I don't know.

You might be better off downloading a windows 10 iso and then just doing the install from it, but I believe you need Vmware workstation at least to do something like this:
