I don't think it is a spambot, cause post #1 has 9 posts as of the time of writing this post. The regular spambots already start by doing their job in their first, and sometimes in their second post. But most just send a single post.

I am not going to say this was very wise, given all the drama the forum and the community had to endure cause of this. I would suggest removing the link before an admin does it, will give them less actions to perform

Ok, if you read his old posts, you will observe that he doesn't really understand english and won't do anything because, wwell, using a translator for writing or something and I guess he never reads everything others post after him.
I say this after seying his behavior in general.
I can't blame the guy for not knowing alot of english, so, a moderator can just delete the the topic and pretend that it never hapenned.
I mean he should be warned in some way, someone should send him a message in german and explain to him, other than that, I don't know.
