I have added some shows to my account as well. As Chris said above, get them before the bandwidth runs out.

Edit

The links are dead and have been for a long time now, so I have removed them. Check the Audio Vault instead.

hi,
@post 50 and 51
thanks a tonne. we are already witnessing the combined efforts and it is really great to provide shows via pro account. I hope people find an alternative to cycle through shows, eg remove the uploaded shows after a time frame and replacing them with other requests, pro account that is.

@gryff
well, the reason I mentioned about some shows left out is simply that it is not possible to check every single link out there since they have listed shows and movies all at one place. I tried matching the ones labled "tv", there may be others which aren't labled so can't say much about them. hope the sendspace link work after the 15th, as I doubt you've collected all the shows including the ones available on jeff's site? Nevertheless, I'm having a 2 tb external so it shouldn't be a major problem if a bt sync folder ever comes up.

Hi,
Criss, when you share a link you have options to allow a certain number of downloads, what to do after a certain limit is reached and so on.
100gb is monthly. after that you can't send any files to others to download but you can download just fine. a bit unsure whether or not your own links will be limited that is won't allow you to download too, but allow you to download other links or however that goes.

Thank you guys for uploading these. LD and others that were wanting can get these.
The files take a while to copy, though I mean even when I save them to my account. dont know what's up with that, wierd as hell.

Sid, sendspace costs a lot actually for what it offers.
and I have been saving the shows list you and josh have provided me with to my sendspace account and then will download from there.
The tv shows from jeffs page won't disappear or so I have heard, if that's true we can download those, and the files I have to the server and have them all there for others to download, but this is not going to be a fast process considering the number and size of the files.
not to mention all the renaming and rearainjing I'll have to do in the time that I have off from work lol.

@kaigoku or anyone else, do you have experience with lynix servers etc? if yes, I could use your help.
I have found cheap servers like I said, but its bairbones, and they just give you the machine, after that its up to you to do whatever you want to.
So we will need to install an OS remotely, setup a webserver, and either have a ftp or your normal http secure server where people can download content from.
If anyone has any expertees with such, please do get in touch.

I just looked up what Sendspace charges to top up your bandwidth out of curiosity. I can't believe they want the price of another month of Sendspace Pro for 100 GB of extra bandwidth and nothing else. That is what I call ridiculous.

@Josh and @Chris,   you  guys rock! I'm currently downloading the files  and the download speed is amazing.
I have never been able to fathom why sendspace is so popular in the Blind community while there are other services with better features and reasonable price.  Folks at sendspace love to overcharge for everything.  If you Go over your   Limit of 100gigs you have to pay full price, that's just ridiculous.
Just curious, have any of you looked into hosting the files using Google drive?  I'm not sure about the pricing, but I think you can get one or 2 TB for a reasonable price.  I might be wrong though.
Thanks everyone who is helping with collecting all the files.

Was just on  Jeff Rutkowski's Webpage  and saw this
"Removed the tv shows page since the SendSpace links are disappearing on December 15, 2018",
under the whats knew heading.   Jeff is using the link from blind mice. So, if blind mice removes the file from sendspace  we won't have access to  files from Jeff's webpage either.

Sorry for going off topic, was wondering if you need any equipment for recording off netflix?

Next time I'm watching something that no one seems to have, I figured I'd record as I watch.

The only thing I can think of is the screen recording feature in iOS, then extract the audio.

hi,
@post 56
that, is an actual blow. however, I don't understand why he decided to *remove* the page, before even confirming that all the links are "indeed" not available? if they remove the content in installments, we still be left with a few days to get what isn't removed by then.

nevertheless, someone should make an effort to copy all the links from jeff's site, just in case, but meh its already down.

you were right, the link still exists. there. extracted all the links into a textfile in case someone needs it when the page is removed, around 2200 links in total

Hi,
That's a huge shame,
if the links disappear all we will be left with would be the files I have and others have saved in their sendspace accounts,
I am in talks to purchase a server shouldn't cost much, but it will need to be managed.
have reached out to a friend to see what's what.
So far only Simba and kaigoku have offered to donate towards the server costs, so I guess the others aren't interested or can't help atm.
however, I was under the impression that jeff's page would be staying around hence my hurried efforts along with sid and Josh to save stuff that wasn't on jeffs page. but if even that goes down, or if links don't work before we can get them on a server, its done.
Sigh.

Here are 9 seasons of How I Met Your Mother. Why didn't the folks at Blind Mice use these pro links? They're awesome! I assume the bandwidth issues? I would try to host these on Google Drive, but my network connection isn't fast enough to upload these in a reasonable amount of time. I can download far more quickly than I can upload. I checked Google Drive pricing and it appears you can get 2 TB for $10 a month. That's not bad at all and I don't think there are any bandwidth limitations. Anyway, here goes. Season 1: https://www.sendspace.com/pro/dl/kcq4ev

Season 2: https://www.sendspace.com/pro/dl/ij0d36

Season 3: https://www.sendspace.com/pro/dl/1emsfa

Season 4: https://www.sendspace.com/pro/dl/wkn75n

Season 5: https://www.sendspace.com/pro/dl/wkeycr

Season 6: https://www.sendspace.com/pro/dl/e23uhc

Season 7: https://www.sendspace.com/pro/dl/xw92lw

Season 8: https://www.sendspace.com/pro/dl/a2y48b

Season 9: https://www.sendspace.com/pro/dl/g354ar

What happens to these links once my Pro account times out and I haven't deleted the files? I wouldn't mind paying $9 a month for direct links and unlimited space, but the bandwidth is annoying.

I'm sure the bandwidth limitations are the reason the people at Blind Mice don't use pro links, especially when you consider that they're running the vault off donations. If they went to a subscription model for a reasonable price and ditched the free links, I'd definitely be interested.
Better yet, they could move to Google Drive and get a lot more for their money.

Anyway, here are some more links for you guys. This batch includes all 10 seasons of Doctor Who, all four seasons of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Inhumans Season 1, and all four seasons of Black Mirror.

Hi.
I think all those who are currently batch downloading as much as possible should probably get together on a voice chat to coordinate a possible server, BT sync folder or what ever.

In case the whole server idea doesn't work out, I am downloading as much as I possibly can right now, the series I personally want the most are getting the treatment of coming first. I mostly have what the others have I suppose, but still, a coordination would be a good idea.

Greetings Moritz.

Hi
Criss, once your bandwidth runs out, the shared links get disabled.
@kaigoku, email sent, you can also dm me or some such on twitter if you so wish.

I am in talks with a few people and looking for a good server and all the awesome shite that comes with it tongue
Awesome collection there, josh. although I need to grab the blacklist myself.

First, what I would like to happen is either 1, we get a server (read above), have a script or some such download sendspace links on jeffs page 1 by 1 or multiple downloads, I.E gets link, clicks on button, gravs file, file download completes, it does same with next link and so on. I do have a pro account and I'll allow the script server or person to use my details so speeds shouldn't be an issue.
There are over 2200 links in there so crazy to do with hands.
so we need someone with scripting programming knowledge.
After we actually have tv collection off the bloody sendspace and the threat of the ship sinking from under us is gone, we can then decide on what would be a better solution, I.E google drive, bytsync, a website which has http downloads, ftp, or what have you.
But if the sendspace links go down, this all is so much air and wasted words, of course.
Or secondly, if someone here has the bandwidth and the disk space to download all the 2200 links plus what I have and others have, why please come forward, and we won't need a server on such ergent bases.
I would do it,but I am currently in the process of buying a new pc, I'd say screw that to that idea too, only if I had that kind of bandwidth.
and for one moment lets say I did have the bandwidth and the diskspace , my downloads are great at 5MBPS but my upload suck to high heaven!
still, from my end the band width is the only issue, I can handle everything else. I.E get a new big hard disk, upload by having my machine on 24/7 but being able to download all that data is what stumps me. I have downloaded over 135gb already from A to C all tv shows, but now I am throttled by my ISP.
Still if no one else comes forward and if sever and such don't work out, I guess I'll shell out for a new hard disk and pay my ISP for some more download data and try downloading.
That is if the links aren't all already dead and gone or would be gone soon.

Those are my ramblings and plans for this whole thing, may be slightly intelligible or hard to understand, but this is basicly me thinking out loud? is that even the write term when writing what you are thinking? lol
Cheers,
Grryf.

I can probably help with the scripting and maybe even with the hosting, but my location really isn't ideal for the latter so let's make that a last resort.
Writing a script to click each link and downloading what's attached to it should be trivial, though.

I noticed that Young Sheldon is the most downloaded file on my account. For anyone needing The Big Bang Theory as well, Ray Starr's World has seasons 1 through 8. To find them, go to http://www.cheeseheadhosting.us/downloa … nd%20newer and do a find for Big Bang or something similar.
Unfortunately, there's no organization at all, with links randomly scattered all over the place. If you enter the page for a certain season, there will be a zip file with everything somewhere among the mp3s. On the bright side, the download speed is awesome.

For seasons 9 through 11, I have you covered.

Edit

I have removed these links since the files are no longer available, but all seasons of TBBT can be found on the Audio Vault.

OK, grryfindore, I sent you a DM on twitter. Also, if one of you is familiar with the SendSpace API so that you can make a quick script to scrape the links that grryfindore has, then please let me know. Otherwise, I can try to learn the API, and that might give us some hope with respect to autodownloading, and probably even auto uploading to the server that was obtained. Remember, we don't just need sufficient memory, we also need sufficient bandwidth if we want other people to access these files. Also, a torrent is another route to go. Those of us who are interested in preserving this archive can seed the heck out of a torrent. Of course, that would require that you guys get harddrives that can hold all the data. You can buy cheap external usb drives from seagate and other companies that will give you 2TB. So, consider that. The reason I don't like BitSync and similar options is because people can do whatever the heck they want to the directory structure. In torrenting, if you get the right client, people can download the files they want to download, selectively. This can be done in UTorrent. Anyway, these are just suggestions. Remember, we all have to agree on something if we want to preserve this content successfully. Not just for us, but for the benefit of others. If we have scattered fragments everywhere, well, that's just not the way to go.

Hi,
The server is now set up and downloading what it can. it has downloaded over 300gb so far and still going strong, wish I had contacted that friend sooner though lol.
over 100 files that don't download so far. I shall have a list of what has downloaded, what hasn't etc.
if you happen to have what hasn't been downloaded, I'll have a page on there where you could dump them.
just fingers crossed that they don't disappear before the server has gotten them.

I am thinking an http download would work out far better, with some download limits or something so that everybody gets super fast speeds and that just one person isn't hogging the entire thing.
the files will be organised and properly named, too.
I am thinking to have a donation page on there too for people to donate, but I haven't done any of that before so have no bloody clue.
I could also have a torrent setup, hopefully along with http.
and that btsync folder maybe able to supply us with what we don't have or miss.
kaigoku, I'll try and reach you soon as  I am done writing this.

Keep in mind that a normal torrent can't be updated live, in other words, if someone wants to contribute something, you'll need another torrent, just for that one file.
