Tah? I haven't heard of those, but I've heard of tar T A R. If it is indeed T A H then I honestly don't know what you do with those.

They're actually .hta files (.HTA), which I believe are resources to external Java programs, which in this particualr example are PB-Games.
You should be able to open them without any problems though.
