Hello Glen and a very warm welcome to this forum.
Jim was a major part of this community, he left behind a wonderful legacy of games, which are attracting new fans even now, as well as lots of people who knew him online and still remember him fondly,
I can say for my part I really miss Jim, it still feels strange to open my emails and not see messages from him, we chatted often on the audeasy mailing list (I loved his little quotes at the end of his mails).
I particularly remember that Jim was always kind about my genophobia (my fear of sex), which I suffered for a long time, indeed I'd love to tell him that I'm now married, and that my wife enjoys his games, including dungeon master!
So, your very welcome to this forum, and I'm sure lots of people will be glad to chat both about Jim and his games, and about any other plans you have regarding the VI gaming community.
With our dreaming and singing, Ceaseless and sorrowless we! The glory about us clinging Of the glorious futures we see,
Our souls with high music ringing; O men! It must ever be
That we dwell in our dreaming and singing, A little apart from ye. (Arthur O'Shaughnessy 1873.)
