I've put out a minor update to Three-D Velocity. If you select spectator mode in the free for all, it will work now. There are small issues such as the afterburners not turning off when the aircraft you're spectating releases their afterburners, but these problems will be corrected in a future update.
Another issue I've fixed is the message of the day. Previously, if you set a message of the day, a client would receive the message about ten seconds after they connected to the server. Now, the message of the day is displayed immediately upon connect.
The client will be asked to press ENTER to continue. I had to do it this way, since not all screen readers implement a way for us to wait until it is done speaking, so there was no reliable way to tell when the screen reader finished speaking the message and for the online menu to show up.
As always, you can download the latest release from Github at this URL: https://github.com/munawarb/Three-D-Velocity
Both binary and source code releases are available. The change log on the Github page will detail which issues have been fixed.
I know many of you have frowned at how much information the server outputs to the log file, and I have a plan to implement log levels in a later release to make the logs less verbose.
The good thing is I have access to two laptops now so I can really test the server, and will be correcting many issues as time goes on.
