hello guys,

I am having problems with jaws. I am using windows vista home premium. Basicly after sometime the system has been running. Jaws does not work when reading the jaws curser or reading the histroy windows and also the system tray list. Some people have told me that this is a graphics problem but does anyone know what the problem or solution could be.

Try running the jaws installer to do a repair maybe? Also check that your screen saver is disabled, I know that can cause problems on XP.

If neither of those help I won't really be able to help much more, I've no experience of vista with screen readers or at all really. The closest I've come is when the system graphics driver is changed, say by an update, thus needing the graphics intercept to be repaired, or when the screen saver has been on or some other program has changed the resolution or interfered with video modes.

As another resort you could always ask FS directly.
