So I heard that Sam deleted the shared coding folder or whatever because it was too spammy. I really liked the idea, so I'm willing to start one and add everyone. If you're interested, post your email.

It is a great idea, but alas someone will end up ruining it. Theres many examples. All the let's plays folders, my folder didn't get spammed, someone started deleting everything in there. Sad, too. It was a nice folder. Unfortionatly these stupid people will always exist. If you want to add me though, it's [email protected]. I hope this folder lasts, but that this point i'm not holding up much hope.

Hi,
Good luck with the folder. I hope you  will have the time to manage it. The nice thing about dropbox is you get logs of what happens in each folder. It also has the ability to remove certain people. Just keep those controls in mind, and the folder should work out fine. But if you want to add me, go right ahead. My email address is the following:

Also, is this folder just for BGT?

Hi,
nice idea, you can backup the folder, I will do this that we can recover the content...
If you want, add me...

Hi,
As theres nothing better than an old fashion backup, dropbox also has a feature of recovering files. You can go to the folder in the web-view of dropbox, then click on the show hidden files checkbox.

@cartertemm

It's for all programminglanguages.

Hi,
I hope this works out, but like Sam I think that someone will come along and ruin it for everyone. Backing it up locally is a good solution, though. If you want to add me, my e-mail is [email protected]

Yeah, I can definitely see how fragile this could be, but I really want it to work because it's a cool idea. Added you.

Just an idea I thought of.
So, I saw the suggestions and questions.txt files in the DB folder. As I think this is a great way to get questions answered, as well as a way to post comments, it seems to me as there could be more direct ways. For example, maybe some of those in the folder with great coding knowledge could create some version of a comment system. Or, I know the forum is a great way to ask and get questions answered, so maybe a thread for suggestions and questions. The last one may not be the best idea, but again just some thoughts.
