I need an accessible PHP editor that would automatically make code to be indented and highlighted.

Notepad++ or Eclipse For PHP Developers would be what you are looking for...

I'm a webdeveloper myself and i use Notepad++

I use Notepad++.

My favorite is Ultra Edit Studio but it doesn't play well with JAWS.

I've also used PHP Designer which I thought was pretty good but I haven't tried it with JAWS so I don't know if it's accessible.
