Hi,
I've created a mod of the free game deekout called Monkey Escape.

Instead of running away from a computer robot, you're being chased by a

monkey anxious to eat you. Well, now for the question: how do I submit it to

audiogames.net and where can I post it? smile

Hi,

There are two ways:

1) If you can host the MOD on your own

server space, simply send us the URL of where to download the MOD.
2) If

you don't have your own server space you can email the MOD to us (richard

/at/ audiogames.net) and then we'll host it on the server. If your MOD is

over 3 Mb, please email me first (without sending the MOD!). We'll probably

use a GMail account to recieve the MODS since otherwise my current mailbox

will be full very quickly smile

greets,

Richard

Hi,

I can't host it on my own server, I don't have one. The file is

957 kb. So can I email it to you? Should I submit the descriptions, etc. to

the archive first? If so, what should I put as my website and what should I

select from the delevopers list?

Hi,

We prefer to host the file in the MODS section and make a link

from the DeekOut description in the archive to the MOD. Changing only 1 or 2

sound files doesn't make it a complete new game smile . A file which is less

than 1 Mb can easily be mailed.

Richard

Hi,

Well, actually, the whole point of the game is changed. All the

sounds are changed as well as the documentation. I put the whole game in a

setup file, it is not a sound pack, but a new game called Monkey Escape

although it uses the same program.
