You all who play audio quake. Go download Teamtalk! It wins! Go to andre's site to get it. It's really accessible too. Plus you get to hang out with cool people from tbrn.net! I have one question for those who already use Teamtalk. Is there a way to get the volume of TT more than that of Quake? Really hard to talk sometimes. Anyways, that's not the point. Go get teamtalk, then connect to the tbrn.net server. Don't bother with ips. Just type tbrn.net. Then go into the quake channel under gamers. Hope to see you on Quake and Teamtalk soon!

That' true. But being what it is right now, I think it's pretty decent. You can disagree, but I've seen few better games out there. No offence to you game devs, I just haven't seen any other multi-player shooter games.

Well, any multiplayer games really accept card games. I mean. it's the best game out there for now for us multiplayer fans, I mean hell even if it only had one big map I'd still play just for the nice part of killing people.

The multiplayer is good, and it will be even better when they get 3d sound implemented... but it still totally lacks any real single player other than bots. I have trouble with the normal single player maps, and I have an idea of what they look like from when I could play visually.

The maps aren't the best. I don't play single-player in the first place. I only play on servers with people.

They have stated they intend to make specific single player maps, like they have multiplayer... that and some of the other planned changes are what I was referring to.
