hey there,
You have to open a web browser (e.g. FireFox, Internet Explorer, ETC), and type in your router's IP address.
Secondly, you have to forward your UPNP ports. You may need to ask for assistance from there on, as I'm clueless about ports.
Anyway, type in your router password (not WiFi password, but the web password), and take a look over your router's settings.
